Update on Microsoft's Attack Simulation Training!
Introducing an innovative feature in our phish risk reduction tool: "How-to Guides", available for users on Microsoft 365 E5 & Microsoft Defender for Office 365 P2.
Key Features:
Direct Guidance in Inbox: Ensures users have real-time instructions on crucial security tasks, such as reporting phishing emails, right when they need it.
Enhanced User Participation: Boosts user engagement during phishing simulations by bridging the gap between spotting and reporting malicious emails.
Customizable by Admins: The "Create Simulation" flow lets admins tailor the feature to their organization's specifics.
Empowerment & Education: The campaign serves as a quick educational snippet, giving users the knowledge to report against potential threats confidently.
Currently, we have an English guide on using Outlook’s native report button for phishing messages. More languages are on the horizon!
Admins can also send reminders to users, promoting constant vigilance against malicious content. And yes, there's a celebratory message for users who nail the reporting process!
